5 Tips to avoid injury while shovelling snow!

Do a warm up and a few stretches before digging in.
Use an ergonomic shovel. This will reduce some of the bending and help with the lifting.
Take a break. Don't shovel for more than 15 minutes at a time.
Pay attention to your body. If you feel any pain, discomfort, shortening of breath, or tightening of your chest you should stop immediately and seek medical help.
